Project Management, Operations Management, Negotiations and Public Speaking, Business Development, and lately Sales and Marketing are the segments in which I have spent most of the time. With fails to learn from, but also with huge international success.

What I did like most from the work was the ability to travel around the world and learn cultural differences while integrating various teams and technologies.

The practical experience in the different business domains I have been sharing as invited guest lecturer on various subjects to the faculties in the country.

I have acquired diploma in Computer Science, IT and Automation on the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.

After many years dealing with managerial responsibilities and decision making, i have upgraded my education with a degree in MBA at the COTRUGLI School of Business in Belgrade.

Through continuous training and education, I have also attended various seminars and trainings, PMP, CMMI, Sales and Marketing, HR, coaching and personal development.

I have been blessed to often work with real heroes in their domains, and Heroes.mk is a joint effort with our Director of HR, Mr. Marcevski Darko to find the best talents and heroes in IT and other domains.
